Meeting started shortly after 7:00pm

Guests: three students and their teacher from Conant, Cory Stephenson from Harris Center
1. Introductions and news of towns: We did a quick intro of ourselves and our towns including Cote reporting on DES sent letter to Grove Street property owner in Peterborough regarding land use by river.
2. Report from NH Rivers Conference. Bell, Cote, Hamm, Henderson and Stephenson attended. They reported on the workshops on fund raising, grant applications, and data management programs were all very well presented and informative.
3. Bob Henderson and Brock Lambert and students Peter, Ashley, and Sarah from Conant High School in Jaffrey presented their finding regarding the river's turbidity, invertebrate population, and temperature at multiple locations. Cory Stephenson had worked with students in Peterborough (ConVal) and presented their findings.
The students departed after they did a question and answer session.
4. Michelle Hamm supplied refreshments courtesy of Monadnock Paper Mill (MPM). She brought the display which she had made for the DES conference on Saturday. She made a display we can be proud to take anywhere, and portable thanks to MPM.
5. Next meeting to be on January, 24, 2005.
